2019 Spring Festival Season
Spring Festival Application Deadline: Applications for special events being planned during Spring Festival 2019 (March 8 to March 17) must be submitted by 5 p.m. on Friday February 8.
The 2019 Spring Festival Season is expected to be even busier than usual. The sooner you submit a completed ACE application for your special event, the better. Special Events Ordinance
Austin Center for Events worked with community stakeholders to develop proposed administrative rules for the Special Events Ordinance adopted by City Council on May 10, 2018The proposed rules are available for review here.
